Not included in presentation pricing.\n                  \n                  PDU Value: 1                           \n                        Work Breakdown Structure Tools Workshop\n                        \n                        Thomas McCloskey and Kevin Archbold will demonstrate and discuss three tools for developing and displaying Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)\, including MindView\, WBS Chart Pro\, and Visio.  All three applications integrate in some manner with Microsoft Project.   \n                        \n                        The workshop will also include some discussion of WBS best practices\, and a checklist for evaluating the quality of your WBS.                        \n                        Speakers                        \n                                   Thomas McCloskey\, PMP is the program manager for the Engineering Department for the Operations and Engineering Business Unit for L-3 Communications.                              \n                              He has 16 years experience working with the US Army\, including positions as a field software engineer\, Database Administrator\, and Director of Information Technology.  He has overseen software development projects of varying sizes\, as well as large scale IT deployments.                                \n                              Thomas has a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Maryland University of College\, and is currently working on his MBA.                                 \n                        Kevin Archbold\, PMP is the Consulting Manager at Key Consulting Inc.\, where he provides project management consulting and training services to local organizations\, as well as open enrollment project management courses.                     \n      He has been a member of PMI since 1991\, a PMP since 2000\, and is the current chapter VP Programs.      \n           ------------------------------------------------------\n                   Subscribe to the Chapter President's blog by email or RSS reader.
